Return & Exchange

BISSINO strictly follows mentioned below term and conditions for return and exchange.

  • We are happy to exchange any unworn item returned in a saleable condition,  In its original packaging, unused with the price label and with its receipt, claimedithin , 07 days of delivery.
  • Sale items are not eligible for exchange.
  • There is no charge to exchange items for a different size, however, all exchanges are based on stock availability.
  • Exchange for another item is applicable and any additional cost on top of the item will have to be paid by the customer.
  • We do not offer  a cash refund, instead a coupon will be valid issued in exceptional cases of the same value to E-store customers only. The coupon will be valid for 7 days & redeemable on E- Store.
  • Replacement shall only be entertained if the customer wants to exchange within same category depending upon the availability of the stock. All returns will be inspected upon arrival in our BISSINO online warehouse. If BISSINO quality team found that  the articles were used, washed, mishandled or not in its original state then we will not be able the return.
  • In case of paid order being modified, partial refund will be credited back to your account once the remaining order is shipped. If the entire paid order is being cancelled then the refund will be processed within approximately two week's time.

  • We have no existing refund policy. However, incase of unavailability of stock, or if the product is in a defective condition, refund may be exempted. Your refund will be credited back to your original method of payment within approximately two weeks of being processed. Depending on your bank , it may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement . All shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
  • Store credit shall be issued against the refused parcel once it reaches back to our stock.

International orders

  • We do not offer Return and Exchange on of any of our international orders.
  • In case of any defected or damaged item being received by the customer , a fresh item will be sent again after necessary investigations of the claim. If the ordered product/size is not available in stock anymore, a full amount of store credit or a full refund shall be offered to customer.
  • The customer should notify discrepancy within 07 days of the online order being delivered .
  • BISSINO will not cater any exchange /return after the above mentioned time period.

  • Shipment prices are fixed all over Pakistan . On return and exchange your product, you should mail your product to Shop# 3,4 & 5 Grace Centre Kurta Gali, Tariq Road, Karachi.

Order Cancellation

  • You can cancel items or orders that haven't entered the shipping process yet. Conversely , once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation E-mail that includes tracking information. In this instance, our Exchange policy will apply.
  • Bissino reserves the right to cancel orders for any reason including stock unavailability, declined payment by your authorized payment institution, or pricing impressions.
